Katie understands how to co-create the leaders of tomorrow while balancing ambition fueled personalities and big careers.

As a peak performer and leader for brands such as Four Seasons Hotels and Sagamore Ventures, family office of Kevin Plank, founder and Executive Chairman of Under Armour, Katie balanced her highs as a leader in business development and brand strategy with the lows of indecision, self-sabotage and poor self-care which led to unhealthy compulsive behavior.

Due to burnout, depression and a lack of purpose, Katie decided to dive deep into her emotional self and better understand the authentic blueprint of an ambition driven performer.

Through her own personal excavation, Katie now shares the gifts of transformation to other ambitious addicted founders and their teams. She believes that you have the ability to achieve more, do less and have more energy to enjoy a wholistic life.

Katie supports founders by creating a clear vision for their life as a leader and building confidence in how they show up in the world. She also loves to co-create powerhouse executive teams that value raw authenticity and vulnerability to create powerful momentum.

Katie has coached Senior Leadership from the IFC, NIKE, Under Armour, Billion Dollar Fund, Urban Stems, Black Girl Ventures, Poppy. Washington Metro, Inclusively, Press Hook, Archea, Amazon, STURDY. and Raytheon Technologies.

She offers six month coaching containers meeting bi-weekly that transition into a hybrid of individual and group coaching in her yearly launched MASTERMIND cohorts.
